I provide nutritional counselling and education to parents who are seeking a holistic approach to their child or teen’s nutritional concerns.

As a mother of four children, I know how difficult it can be to prepare healthy meals that are quick to get on the table and enjoyed by everyone. I also have over 15 years of experience working with children with special needs and understand the many challenges surrounding nutrition that can arise with a child or teen who is neurodiverse. 

I use a whole-body approach to assess the root cause of health concerns and work closely with parents to come up with a plan that will help to balance body systems. I listen actively to parents and their child or teen (when appropriate) to really understand their child’s and their family’s needs, including the way that they live. I then create a customized plan with actionable goals for nutrition, lifestyle, and supplements, if needed.

I focus on building upon what my client is already eating and enhance those meals and snacks rather than restricting foods. I take my client’s lifestyle into account when addressing sleep, stress, and activity levels, and I work hard to ensure that my recommendations are not only realistic, but also sustainable over the long term.

What to Expect

1. Complete Nutritional Assessment

Your complete nutritional assessment includes a general intake form, a comprehensive analysis of all body systems, and a one-to-one, client-led consultation.

This enables me to to explain how different body systems are functioning in your body, and provide you with actionable goals you can start with right away.

2. Thorough Client Report

I provide you with a thorough report that includes a brief overview of our client-led consultation, as well as nutritional, lifestyle and supplemental recommendations based on our conversation together.

This isn’t a run-of-the-mill nutrition plan to follow and be left on your own. I assess your body for imbalances to get to the root of the issue, and customize your plan to fit with your lifestyle, and I’m with you every step of the way for guidance and support.

3. Follow-ups and Reassessments

We schedule ongoing follow-up appointments as per your package to adjust or revise recommendations as needed.

I keep the lines of communication between appointments open in case you have any questions.

Reassessment packages are available as required.
