  • Three follow-up sessions, including a summarizing note with goals being reviewed and adjusted as required — 30 or 45 minutes each

Growing Up Balanced!

Specially-designed for parents of children and teens who are looking for information on how to help their child or children get the best start with nutrition. Life with kids is busy, and often as parents, we don't have time to make time-consuming and complex meals. My family-based approach will ensure that everyone in the household will benefit from the changes that are made.

The consultation is with the parents, but the child or teen may be present during the sessions if or when appropriate.
